This code is set when the BMS is unable to enforce the discharge current limit. This can happen if the Discharge-Enable relay is used but not operating properly or if the target application device is not respecting the digital limits published by the BMS.
Improper programming of either the target application device or the CANBUS message structure for digital limit enforcement.
If the Discharge-Enable relay is used / relied on, this relay may not be operating properly or the target application may not be responding to the output fast enough (eg: if it takes several seconds to turn off the discharge output).
